Word on the Street Lethbridge presents Avant Garde Poetics with Jay Gamble, author of Book of Knots. Jay Gamble will introduce attendees to some avant garde poetic strategies, including but not limited to: constraint-based, aleatory, and procedural verse. Taking  these kinds of strategies as a starting ground, we will explore the linguistic possibilities that non-traditional, innovative poetry reveals.
