Growing Room 2019 presents Manuscript Consults, with Mallory Tater, author of This Will Be Good.

Time Slots available: 10:30am – 11am; 11am – 11:30am; 11:30am – 12pm; 12pm – 12:30pm

Half-hour manuscript consultations are available with experienced editors and writing instructors on Saturday, March 9 and Saturday, March 16 at the Native Education College for $35 (plus GST and Eventbrite fees). Manuscript consultations include a half-hour consultation plus notes on a manuscript (10 pages maximum) prepared in advance. All manuscript consultations include a one-year subscription to Room magazine.

If you are purchasing a manuscript consultation, please carefully note your time slot and be prepared to submit your manuscript (of up to 10 pages) by Friday, March 1, 2018. Manuscripts can be emailed to Chelene Knight at managingeditor [at] roommagazine [dot] com.

Formatting Requirements
Double spaced for prose (for poetry, one poem per page but single spaced is fine)
Times New Roman 12 pt
Save in PDF and use the following file format: first name.last name.CONSULTANT LAST NAME (example: Chelene.Knight.KIRTON)

Registration for all manuscript consultations include a one-year subscription to Room magazine.
