Lee Maracle, a member of the Stó:l ̄o nation, is a critically acclaimed and prolific author, as well as an activist,
teacher and expert on First Nations culture and history. She receives the 2018 First Peoples Prize for her entire
body of work, which includes the recently published non-fiction title My Conversations with Canadians.
